Feel Good When You Eat, All The Time
WWay does not treat an Eating Disorder. But, we want to continually share and use our voice to increase awareness. Through testing and talking, we can break down the stigma of Eating Disorders. And, bring more people out from hiding in shame or in guilt.
If you don’t have an Eating Disorder or Body Dysmorphia, but want help in finding more peace with you food and your body, Way may be a great fit for you.

More About Eating Disorder Test(s)…
At Way, we know that what we help you with is guiding you to having a healthy relationship with food and your body, but we also know that we do not treat an Eating Disorder.
Restrictive Diets Cause Eating Disorders
It’s a tough reality to know that 83% of restrictive diets fail. Besides the fact that doing a diet is the single best predictor of developing cardiovascular disease or diabetes. And, 1/3 people who do a restrictive diet will develop an Eating Disorder or Disordered Eating pattern. What the f*&#!!!
It breaks our heart to know this statistic and it’s one of the core reasons why our mission and vision for Way are what they are. We believe in creating a future where the harmful mental health effects of diets don’t exist. Where we replace any social conversation about fad diets or body image. Replace those with a conversation of listening to your body and what makes it feel good. A conversation of how to align your way of living and eating to your values. This is the change we support whole-heartedly and work to create, everyday.
Why Eating Disorder Tests Are So Important
That being said, we also recognize that we can contribute to the community of people who are struggling beyond what Way can help with – those who are struggling with a true, clinical Eating Disorder. We see the difficulty that so many people have in making the distinction and accepting that they need help, and how much difficulty there can be in getting a diagnosis, even when it feels very clear that an Eating Disorder is present.
That’s why we want to dedicate a portion of our website to making Eating Disorder Tests more accessible and promote awareness for the general public.
Nearly 30 million people in the US will have an Eating Disorder at some point in their life, yet only around 5 million are diagnosed at any given time. This is a huge gap and one way to help close the gap is by sharing an Eating Disorder Test that works. Raising consciousness, and remembering never to judge someone who has an Eating Disorder. Never to force someone against their will. But to embrace and share with love and compassion, suggesting how they can start to become aware of the condition they have, so any psychological and emotional trauma is not reinforced or exacerbated.
We’ve had some of our best dietitians write important articles on how to find the best Eating Disorder Test, recognizing and reaffirming our position that Way does not treat Eating Disorders, and we highly recommend that you consult your physician or medical professional if you believe you’re at risk.
With so much love we send to you and your path,
The Way Team
